Translation Project Specialist - New York, NY (Part-Time, Remote Eligible)

Limhr is seeking a skilled Translation Project Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. In this part-time, remote-eligible role, you will manage and coordinate translation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality language solutions for diverse clients across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee translation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to client specifications and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with clients to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review and edit translated content to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Collaborate with translators and team members to resolve project-related issues efficiently.
• Utilize project management software to monitor progress, document updates, and generate status reports.
• Train and support new translators on company standards and project requirements.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve workflow processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency with project management and translation tools.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language is strongly preferred.
• Relevant experience in project management or translation fields is an asset.

Compensation: $65,000 per year
