Transportation Specialist

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Transportation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute transportation strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage daily transportation operations, including vehicle dispatch, route planning, warehouse coordination, and carrier management.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and international trade requirements.Drive cost optimization initiatives through budgeting, freight analysis, and operational improvements.Monitor transportation performance and leverage digital tools such as TMS, GPS tracking, and data analytics to enhance efficiency.Identify transportation risks, implement contingency plans, and manage emergency situations effectively.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to strengthen supply chain performance.Lead, develop, and motivate transportation teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.Solid knowledge of transportation operations, route optimization, and carrier management.Understanding of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards.Experience with budgeting, cost control, and transportation financial analysis.Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking platforms, and reporting tools.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage risks, solve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Advanced English proficiency.
