Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Travel Agent will assist customers with travel arrangements, including reservation and travel bookings. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and selling travel-related services. Responsibilities also include ensuring accuracy in travel arrangements, meeting customer needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
QualificationsExperience in Reservations and creating tailored Travel ArrangementsStrong customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectationsProven skills in Sales, with a focus on promoting and upselling travel-related servicesProficiency in travel management systems and tools is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a team-oriented environmentFluency in English
