Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid Travel Agent role is based in San Salvador. Responsibilities include planning and booking itineraries, managing reservations and changes, coordinating with travel partners, and assisting customers by phone, chat, and email. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, recommending additional services, and supporting travelers before, during, and after their trips.
QualificationsExperience with travel reservations and itinerary planningStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of lodging, tours, transportation, or car rentalsSales, cross-selling, and up-selling abilityFluent written and spoken English and SpanishComfortable using booking platforms, CRM, and digital toolsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requestsTravel agency, hospitality, or tourism experience preferredFlexible availability, including some weekends or holidays
