JOB LOCATION: Gwarinpa, Abuja

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for making up travel arrangements for corporate bodies, travel agencies and individuals.
These include booking flights, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and booking hotel rooms.
The Travel Consultant is also helping clients ensure their visas and work permits are up to date for the locations they need to travel.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Experience in Ticketing & Reservations
(Years or more preferred)
• Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS:
• With Amadeus ticketing and reservations.
• Bachelors Degree in a related field is an advantage.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
• Prepare with customer’s needs, preferences, and budget.
• Comply with carrier and legal rules and regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of ticketing and reservations.
• Provide solutions to changes, rebooking and cancellations.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must reside in Gwarinpa or its environs.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work with targets and actively improve productivity.
