Travel Management Administrator

Role:
Book domestic and international business trips including transportation (flight/train/rental car) and accommodation for colleagues/events incl. group bookings and related monitoring, while handling changes or cancellationsAssist with planning and updating travel itineraries, as well as coordinating logistics to ensure employees are informed about their tripsCheck compliance with internal travel policies and support adherence to the travel budgetHandle general travel inquiries and assist with administrative tasks in travel managementBe a central point of contact for travelling colleagues and contribute to the team to optimize organizational processes and provide administrative supportPrepare procurement price comparisons, maintain the ticket system and audit documentationRun the front desk: switchboard, calls, visitor reception and badges, office security, mail, couriers, supply orders and invoice control
Requirements:
C1 English or C2 local language - fluent reading, writing and speakingKnowledge and experience in the tourism and business travel industryExperience with MS OfficeUnderstanding of corporate travel industry in general and in particular of travel management abroad3+ years in travel management or administration; degree in travel, business or hospitality a plusOrganized, service-oriented, independent and a strong team player
