Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs and provide personalized travel solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and networking. Leverage destination knowledge to recommend travel packages and products tailored to client preferences. Conduct sales presentations both virtually and in-person to promote travel offerings. Manage booking processes accurately and ensure timely delivery of travel arrangements. Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure competitive pricing and exclusive deals. Track sales metrics to monitor performance and achieve sales targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably within the travel industry. Exceptional customer service skills focused on client satisfaction. Strong networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with travel software and tools (e.g., booking engines, CRM systems) is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales role preferred.
