Job Duties:Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced IT2 Treasury Management System Senior Developer / Any Treasury Platform will work to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our IT2 Treasury Management System (TMS) to support the organization’s treasury operations. This role requires a deep understanding of IT2, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and Customization:Design, develop, and customize IT2 Treasury Management System to meet business requirements.Implement enhancements, workflows, and system integrations to improve treasury operations.System Maintenance and Support:Provide technical support for IT2, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems.Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the IT2 system.Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.Integration and Automation:Develop and maintain integrations between IT2 and other enterprise systems such as ERP, banking platforms, and reporting tools.Automate treasury processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with treasury, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Act as a subject matter expert for IT2 and provide guidance to stakeholders.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and user guides.
Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Proven experience in developing and supporting IT2 Treasury Management System.Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., SQL, VBScript, or other relevant languages).Experience with system integration tools and APIs.Treasury Knowledge:Solid understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, and cash management processes.Familiarity with banking systems, payment platforms, and financial reporting.Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Communication and Teamwork:Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with other Treasury Management Systems or financial software.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.Familiarity with cloud-based treasury solutions and emerging technologies.
Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT2 development or similar Treasury Management Systems.
