Treasury Specialist

Treasury SpecialistResponsible for daily fund receipts, payments(including tax, contribution, etc.) and settlements, ensuring all payments and collections are processed accurately and on time.Manage bank accounts (including account opening, changes, closures, etc.) and prepare bank reconciliation statements to ensure consistency between physical cash, account records, and bank statements.Assist in preparing cash flow plans, monitor fund execution, and support liquidity management with budget-actual variance analysis.Conduct preliminary reviews of employee expense reimbursement requests, verifying the authenticity, compliance, and completeness of approval procedures for supporting documents5.Complete other tasks assigned by CFO
Job Requirements:Fluent in Spanish (capable of handling local banking, tax, and other operational matters) and Englishmore than 1 year of experience in treasure management; familiar with fund management, bill/voucher review, and bank settlement procedures.Preferably education major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related disciplines.Proficient in Excel and financial software (e.g.SAP)
