Trilingual Executive Research Specialist

Job Description The Research Specialist’s primary functions are to support priorities by conducting executive research, closing data gaps, and collaborating with research teams to meet project deadlines. Approximately 50% of this role is dedicated to proactive outreach to engage healthcare leaders and secure high-quality research participation. This role also serves as an ambassador—building meaningful, personal, and lasting relationships while ensuring providers receive strong value from their interaction.
Responsibilities: • Collect outstanding research on projects that remain open after scheduling efforts • Navigate provider organizations to identify and engage the most appropriate contacts for research participation • Conduct phone interviews with provider executives, directors, and industry experts to evaluate the performance of healthcare technology and services solutions • Build strong rapport quickly with providers at hospitals, clinics, and payer organizations • Dedicate approximately 50% of working time to proactive outreach, including outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups, to close research gaps and meet project requirements • Participate in targeted outreach to connect with healthcare professionals needed to meet solution minimums and project deadlines • Familiarize providers data through website tours/demos and by sharing and reviewing relevant report insights • Collaborate with Research and Outreach teams to align outreach efforts with project priorities • Other duties as assigned • VIP Contacts – Responsible for establishing professional relationships and conducting research with a designated number of healthcare leaders. Research conversations with these contacts are expected to occur at least annually and more frequently when contacts are willing and able to provide additional feedback.
