About the role

As a Trilingual Tech Support Specialist, you will help customers resolve technical issues and configure and manage digital marketing campaigns. You will provide clear, timely assistance through chat and contribute to a positive experience for customers in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues through chat support.
• Guide users on campaign setup and digital marketing best practices.
• Use help desk software to record, categorize, and track customer requests.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues and improve service functionality.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Advanced Portuguese.
• Native or bilingual Spanish.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
