Tufting Supervisor

A leading manufacturer in the flooring industry is seeking a Tufting Supervisor to lead production operations. This role will oversee daily tufting activities, ensure quality and safety standards are met, drive production performance, and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to make a direct impact on plant operations. The Tufting Supervisor will be responsible for:Lead daily tufting operations to meet safety, quality, and production goalsCoordinate staffing, machine assignments, and production schedulesMonitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specificationsSupport machine setup, material availability, and production flowTrain, mentor, and develop production associatesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficienciesMaintain a safe, organized work environment and support 6S standards The Tufting Supervisor should have the following qualifications:High school diploma or GED required3+ years of tufting or carpet manufacturing experiencew requiredBilingual in Spanish/English preferredStrong knowledge of tufting operations, quality standards, and troubleshootingExperience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred
