Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, specifications, and financing options to educate customers effectively. Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers during test rides to build confidence and interest. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and improving customer engagement. Track and report sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide exceptional post-sale customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous. Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Proven sales experience and solid product knowledge related to two-wheelers. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
