Techling is looking for a skilled UI UX Designer to join our innovative team in Isla Vista, California . This full-time role focuses on creating exceptional user experiences by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly convey the user journey. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user behavior. Maintain design consistency across platforms and uphold visual standards of design assets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inspire innovative design ideas. Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with branding and business goals. Assist in developing company-wide design guidelines promoting a user-centered design approach. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field. At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles. Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies. Strong portfolio showcasing past projects and design expertise. Industry-standard UX design certifications are a plus.
