Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting members effectively. Engage members in meaningful conversations to explain UpLevelRewards program benefits clearly. Process membership applications and manage rewards program enrollments with accuracy and efficiency. Support promotional events and activities to increase customer engagement and program awareness. Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed service goals while maintaining high performance standards. Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and member satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products, services, and program updates. Required and Preferred Qualifications Some college experience preferred Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to engage positively with members Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Flexible availability including weekends and holidays As an UpLevelRewards Associate, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with a supportive team that values open communication and idea sharing.
