US IT Technical Recruiter

Source and recruit qualified candidates for US IT positions. Review and screen resumes to identify the best match for client requirements. Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and overall suitability. Work closely with Account Managers, BDMs, and clients to understand job requirements. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, job portals, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, candidate submissions, and onboarding activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Mandatory Requirements: 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience using Dice, Monster, and other job portals. Strong experience working with ATS and recruitment management tools. Excellent resume screening and candidate evaluation skills. Proven experience conducting candidate interviews and screening calls. Ability to understand and evaluate technical skills and IT job requirements. Must have a strong and professional LinkedIn profile. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
