Northbound Operating Partners is looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to support growth through paid media, creative testing, campaign launches, and affiliate marketing initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, knows how to turn ideas into campaigns, and can work across creative strategy, media buying, tracking, optimization, and acquisition channels.
What we’re looking for:✅ Experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media ✅ Hands-on experience launching and optimizing campaigns ✅ Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms ✅ Ability to work with creatives, hooks, angles, and testing strategies ✅ Experience with affiliate marketing or partner-based acquisition is a strong plus ✅ Analytical mindset focused on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign performance ✅ Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently ✅ English proficiency required ✅ Experience supporting U.S.-based brands
Position details:
📍 Remote – LATAM 💼 Full-time 🕒 40 hours per week 💰 Compensation: USD $1,500 – $2,000/month 🌎 Ideal for candidates based in LATAM
