UX Copywriter
Location: Mexico City, MexicoWork Model: Hybrid (First month 4–5 days onsite, later 2–3 days onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
We are hiring a UX Copywriter in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, intuitive, and user-focused content experiences across digital products and AI-powered conversational platforms.
Job Responsibilities:Develop content for digital interfaces and AI agents.Define and manage taxonomy for digital products and AI experiences.Create and optimize tone of voice, personality, and communication guidelines for AI agents.Analyze AI agent conversations and user interactions to improve experiences.Create and maintain style guides, voice & tone guidelines, and content standards.Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, AI, Development, and Business teams.Define content strategies for web, mobile, and application platforms.Ensure content follows brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.Support conversational flow design and continuous improvements.
Required Experience:3–6 years of experience in UX Copywriting, UX Writing, or Content Design.Experience with digital interface content creation.Strong understanding of Information Architecture and User-Centered Design.Experience working with UX/UI and product teams.
