Job Summary: The UX/UI Designer is responsible for supporting the design and delivery of user-centered experience across Spectraforce products. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to transform user needs and business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions that enhance usability, consistency, and adoption across SaaS and AI-driven platforms.
Essential Functions:Support the design and execution of user experiences across Spectraforce productsCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutionsCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and interactionsAssist in building and maintaining user flows, journey maps, and design documentationContribute to design system components and ensure consistency across the product experienceParticipate in design reviews, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and senior designersConduct or support user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsStay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in SaaS and AI experiencesUse modern design and AI-powered UX/UI tools to enhance efficiency, ideation, and iterationCollaborate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teamsIterate quickly based on feedback, data, and evolving product requirementsOther duties as assignedPerform other duties assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design or related rolePortfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in user-centered design, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual designExperience working on SaaS products, with exposure to AI-driven features or workflows preferredProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similarFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative design, prototyping assistants, or AI-supported research tools) as part of the design processBasic understanding of design systems and component-based designStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to take direction and incorporate feedback effectivelyExperience working with or collaborating across global teams is a plusEagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:Internship or prior experience in a high-growth or startup environmentExposure to user research methods and usability testingInterest in AI/ML-driven user experiencesBasic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/interaction design)
Travel Requirements:Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
