Value Stream Leader

PurposeLead one or more production Value Streams, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives, driving continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Value Stream operations from material receipt through shipment to the customer.Ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives.Lead initiatives in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.Optimize resources, productivity, capacity, cycle times, and changeovers.Monitor and improve performance indicators through Visual Management and KPIs.Coordinate new product and process launches (NPI) and ensure execution within established timelines and budgets.Resolve production issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and appropriate problem-solving tools.Ensure compliance with operational processes, documentation, TPM, and production controls.Lead, develop, and evaluate cross-functional teams, promoting training, cross-training, and employee engagement.Interface with customers as needed and ensure compliance with customer requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical field, preferred.5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, production supervision, or a related leadership role.Experience in aerospace manufacturing and/or composite materials highly preferred.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational performance, and problem-solving methodologies.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma, preferred.Demonstrated experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP.English proficiency required.Availability to support operational needs as required by the business.
