Video Support Analyst

We’re looking for a Bilingual Video Support Analyst (English & Spanish) to join our team and help ensure an exceptional in-room entertainment experience for residents, tenants, and staff.In this role, you’ll diagnose and resolve video service issues, troubleshoot TV and receiver equipment, provide step-by-step technical guidance, and escalate complex issues to the Video Engineering Team when needed.
🔹 What You’ll Do:• Troubleshoot single-room and multi-room video service issues• Diagnose TVs, receivers, wall ports, and other in-room equipment• Perform receiver re-hit/reauthorization for WorldVue Hub and DISH SmartBox systems• Troubleshoot and assist with remote control pairing• Support Headend and SmartBox diagnostics• Document troubleshooting actions, resolutions, and escalation notes• Provide clear and professional support to residents, tenants, and onsite staff in both English and Spanish
🔹 What We’re Looking For:• Fluent in English & Spanish, written and verbal• Experience with TV systems, receivers, or video distribution equipment is preferred• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users• Calm, patient, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate
💡 A plus: Familiarity with Headend systems, DISH SmartBox, WorldVue Hub, or similar video infrastructure.
