Jtime Logistics is hiring a dedicated Full-time Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada . This role demands efficiency, organization, and exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond promptly to emails and communications, keeping stakeholders updated. Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize team time management. Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and accommodations within budget limits. Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms to boost online presence. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite. Implement and maintain organizational systems for digital and physical files to streamline operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; office administration certifications are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media management tools. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Customer service experience is highly desirable. 1-2 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles preferred.
