About the role
GSD Associates is looking for a Virtual Healthcare Assistant with dermatology experience to support a US-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, confirmations and cancellations.
- Verify insurance eligibility and handle patient registrations.
- Keep accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records.
- Be the friendly, organized voice patients rely on.
Requirements
- Experience in a dermatology office or as a medical VA for one.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace.
