Virtual Scheduling Coordinator – Remote (Colombia)Senior Helpers – Polk County, Florida (U.S.) | Full-Time | Remote
About UsSenior Helpers® is one of the nation's leading in-home senior care agencies, with over 320 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. At our Polk County, Florida location, we serve seniors and their families with compassionate, professional care — and we're growing. Behind every great caregiver shift is a strong operations team making it happen.
The RoleWe are looking for a sharp, reliable, and highly professional Virtual Scheduling Coordinator based in Colombia to support our scheduling operations remotely. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position where you'll serve as a key point of contact for caregivers, clients and internal staff — helping ensure shifts are covered, schedules run smoothly, and communication is clear between all staff.
This role requires direct voice communication with elderly American clients and caregivers. Spoken English clarity (and confidence) is the most critical requirement for this position.
Shifts AvailableMonday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time 40 hours per week | $7.00 USD per hourPlease indicate your shift preference when applying.
What You'll DoAnswer inbound calls from caregivers and clients with professionalism and calm. Manage scheduling changes, call-outs, and late arrival notifications in real time. Coordinate shift coverage using our scheduling platform (WellSky — training provided). Document all interactions accurately and promptly. Escalate urgent situations to the appropriate team member. Route new service inquiries and applicant calls as needed. Support the scheduling team with administrative coordination tasks.
What We're Looking ForSpoken English Clarity — This is our #1 requirement. This role involves direct voice communication with elderly American seniors, many of whom have hearing difficulties or are not accustomed to heavy accents. We require spoken English at a C2 (mastery/near-native) level — meaning clear, natural-paced speech with minimal accent that is fully and easily understood by older American listeners. C1 candidates with strong written English but heavily accented speech are not the right fit for this role. Please be honest with yourself about this before applying.
Additional Requirements: Demonstrated customer service or call center experience (required). Comfortable learning and navigating CRM or scheduling software. Strong written English and accurate professional documentation. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace. Calm, patient, and composed under time-sensitive pressure. Long-term availability — this is a stable, ongoing role.
Why Join UsFully remote — work from home. Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no overnight or weekend shifts. Stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established U.S. agency. Supportive team with full system training provided. Growth opportunity as the team expands.
