Join Carol Sasaki as a Volunteer on the Children Files Team in Nairobi, Kenya. This volunteer role is vital to our non-profit’s mission to improve children’s lives through education and support programs. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring accurate maintenance of children’s data files to strengthen our program integrity and impact. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update children’s files with accuracy and compliance to organizational standards. Assist in collecting and organizing essential documents for each child’s profile. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Participate in regular team meetings to review progress and challenges. Support training of new volunteers on data management procedures. Coordinate with other departments to provide necessary data support. Contribute ideas for improving the data management system. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Knowledge of data integrity and data management best practices. Experience with database software tools is preferred.
