At Hayco, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead large-scale warehouse operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will be instrumental in driving warehouse transformation initiatives, improving operational KPIs, reducing costs, and ensuring uninterrupted support for production operations.
What You'll Do✅ Lead warehouse and distribution operations with a hands-on leadership approach.✅ Drive process improvements utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.✅ Improve inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, and operational efficiency.✅ Establish, monitor, and improve key warehouse KPIs.✅ Manage warehouse budgets, CAPEX/OPEX projects, and cost optimization initiatives.✅ Foster a Safety-First culture while ensuring compliance with operational standards.✅ Develop, coach, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
What We're Looking For✔ Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations.✔ Experience in high-volume manufacturing or production environments.✔ Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, inventory control, and distribution processes.✔ Demonstrated success improving Cycle Count Accuracy, 7S performance, and warehouse cost reduction metrics.✔ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.✔ Strong decision-making ability in fast-paced environments.✔ A collaborative, ethical, and results-oriented leadership style.
