Role DescriptionThe Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Santo Domingo. This role is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, unloading deliveries, verifying documentation, and organizing inventory. The Warehouse Specialist will pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensure items are correctly labeled, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role also includes operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, keeping work areas clean and safe, and collaborating with team members to meet operational timelines and standards
QualificatioExperience in Shipping & Receiving, including handling incoming and outgoing orders and verifying documentationSkills in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to safely handle and organize goods of varying sizes and weightsKnowledge of Inventory Control practices, including stock rotation, counting, and record-keepingAbility to operate a Pallet Jack and follow warehouse safety proceduresBasic computer skills for updating inventory systems and processing documentationStrong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established processesAbility to stand, lift, and move items in a warehouse environment for an extended periodPrevious warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
