JOB DEFINITION:
The position leader is responsible for coordinating the palettizing, storage, and movement of dry goods to ensure accurate and timely dispatch to a physical area. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, the position leader also oversees the packaging of damaged goods, maintains a daily damages log, and supports the efficient operation of warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate all warehouse operations, including palettizing, storage, stock rotation, QA, loadout, dispatch preparation, and inventory movement to ensure efficient and accurate product distribution.
• Monitor inventory through stock level checks, shelf audits, cycle counts, reconcilations, returns processing, and damage control while maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
• Supervise warehouse staff, enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, attendance requirements, and procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement, purchasing, and operations teams while supporting dispatch and cold storage functions, ensuring efficient loading, routing, and continuity of operations while required.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, promptly report inventory discrepancies to management, and ensure all warehouse activities comply with established procedures and reporting requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service by accurately using goods to walk-in customers, verifying invoices and quantities, and professionally resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess a minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
• Have at least two (2) years experience in warehouse management (supervisory experience is an asset).
• Provide a valid Police Certificate of Character.
• Present valid government-issued photo identification.
• Provide a National Insurance (NIS) number, Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) number, and active bank account.
• Pass a pre-employment medical examination and drug test.
• An equivalent combination of relevant training and experience will be considered an asset.
