Key Responsibilities Ensure efficient stock management to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Investigate and report discrepancies related to stock shortages or excesses promptly to maintain inventory accuracy. Coordinate timely delivery of requested stocks to customers and outlets, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational reliability. Manage the receipt of goods, conducting thorough quality checks on incoming loads to uphold product standards. Organize goods and stocks within designated storage areas, ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval and safety compliance. Supervise quality control processes for products received, guaranteeing adherence to company and regulatory standards. Lead the assembling of various order types for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and completeness through product familiarization. Conduct random audits of high-value goods and equipment, including spot inventory checks to mitigate loss and discrepancies. Oversee sequencing procedures for dispatching loads, optimizing workflow and delivery schedules. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics roles. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team supervision, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience in process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse environments.
