Warranty Engineer

About the role

The Warranty Engineer reports to the Sr Customer Quality Manager and manages customer warranty claims through processing and closure. The role supports mutual agreement on claims to be credited by T&L, based on verification by T&L Technical Staff.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer-specific warranty claims weekly in Littelfuse databases, including Aras, RMA App, and CoPQ App.
• Direct customers to send warranty claim units to the originating facility in Muzquiz, Matehuala, or Piedras Negras for evaluation.
• Obtain analysis results for open warranty claims from the originating facility and process claims as approved, denied, or scrapped in the Littelfuse database and the customer’s designated record location.
• Monitor open warranty claims weekly and ensure they are processed through closure with the customer to avoid auto debit cases.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electric, or Industrial.
• Experience in Quality, Engineering, or Project.
