Key Responsibilities Perform daily waste collection and recycling operations following strict safety protocols. Sort and categorize recyclable materials to ensure efficient processing and recycling. Maintain accurate records of waste collection and disposal, reporting key metrics regularly. Educate community members on proper recycling practices to promote environmental awareness. Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on collection vehicles and equipment. Participate in special projects focused on increasing waste diversion rates and sustainability. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in recycling and waste management is preferred. Strong knowledge of recycling practices and materials. Ability to operate standard waste disposal vehicles safely. Valid driver’s license required. Familiarity with waste management safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
