Webflow DeveloperHourly Rate: $10–$13/hour (remote position)
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. In this role,you’ll create high-performing websites and landing pages that balance sleekdesign with conversion-focused functionality. You’ll collaborate closely with ourmarketing team to deliver impactful digital experiences that drive measurableresults.
Key Responsibilities● Design & Build in Webflow: Create responsive websites, landing pages,and microsites using Webflow’s designer and CMS.● Webflow CMS Management: Build and manage CMS collections forscalable content updates (blogs, case studies, job boards, etc.).● Custom Animations & Interactions: Develop smooth animations, hovereffects, and dynamic interactions to enhance UX.● Performance Optimization: Ensure sites load fast and are optimizedfor Core Web Vitals (speed, accessibility, SEO readiness).●Brand Consistency: Translate brand guidelines into pixel-perfectdesigns while maintaining visual and functional consistency.● SEO Setup in Webflow: Configure meta tags, alt text, structured data,sitemaps, and clean semantic HTML.● Third-Party Integrations: Connect Webflow sites with external tools(HubSpot, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, CRMs, forms, and analytics).● Testing & QA: Test across browsers and devices to guarantee a uniform,bug-free user experience.● Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with marketing to A/B testlayouts, CTAs, and funnel flow for maximum conversions.● Maintenance & Updates: Handle ongoing edits, new page builds, andversion updates without breaking site functionality.● Innovation & Trends: Stay current with Webflow updates, no-codetools, and best practices to improve workflows and site performance.
Qualifications● 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Webflow development.● Strong portfolio of conversion-focused landing pages and websites.● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus: React, Vue.js).● Solid understanding of responsive/adaptive design principles.● Experience integrating and managing analytics/tracking tools.● Attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetics andfunctionality.● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
