Website Designer - UXUI

About the role

At Thryv, teamwork is grounded in respect, trust, and care. This role provides on-demand website modifications and resolves website concerns through direct client interaction by phone, email, and established intake channels, while maintaining company service level standards. It requires diagnosing and resolving design and technical issues in real time while delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain existing client websites by phone and email, applying independent design judgment and industry best practices to deliver accurate, visually sound modifications that meet client expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website concerns in real time, using available resources and sound judgment to identify and implement solutions while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Respond to inquiries through established intake channels, providing timely and professional assistance to clients and internal partners.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established turnaround time standards, maintaining high-quality work and professional output across website modifications.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required by management based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Interviews are conducted in English, and the position requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
