About the role
Regeneration Clinic of Panamá is a clinic focused on regenerative medicine, longevity, and preventive health, with an integrated wellness model. As a Wellness Companion, you support patients throughout their experience, from their first inquiry to ongoing care. The physician-led consultation is educational and pressure-free.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries and gather information before consultations.
- Help patients understand the wider range of care possibilities without making them feel redirected or upsold.
- Manage consultation bookings and help patients attend.
- Follow up after consultations with warmth and no pressure, answering practical, financial, and logistical questions without revisiting the physician's recommendation.
- Stay in touch with existing patients and proactively suggest ways to remain engaged with their care.
- Maintain complete records of patient interactions and help build the systems that are not yet fully in place.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail or luxury hospitality.
- Ability to create an unhurried, high-trust experience.
