About the RoleAs a Wellness Companion, "selling" isn't really your job. Our physicians run a genuinely educational, pressure-free consultation, and that's where the real decision gets made. Your job is everything that makes that consultation happen, happen well, and happen again: the first response that earns trust, the preparation that makes the consultation count, the follow-up that never feels like sales, and the relationship that keeps a patient coming back for years, not just once.
What You'll DoBe the first point of contact for patient inquiries, responding quickly and gathering the right information before their consultationHelp patients, including those who came in with a purely cosmetic question, see the fuller picture of what's possible, without ever making them feel redirected or upsoldOwn the consultation booking process and help make sure patients actually show upFollow up after each consultation with warmth and zero pressure, handling practical, financial, and logistical questions without ever re-litigating the physician's recommendationStay in touch with existing patients over time, and feel comfortable proactively suggesting ways for them to stay engaged with their careKeep clean, complete records of every patient interaction, helping build the systems that don't fully exist here yet
What We're Looking ForExperience in luxury retail or luxury hospitality: you know how to make an unhurried, high-trust experience feel effortlessFluent Spanish and strong English (Portuguese is a plus)A consultative style: patient, genuinely curious about people, comfortable with a longer decision-making processHigh ownership: you don't wait to be reminded about a follow-up, and a messy record feels like your problem to fixReal emotional intelligence: the ability to sit with someone thinking through a personal decision about their own health without rushing themCompensation & Growth: Competitive base plus performance incentive, with details discussed in interview. This is an early-stage commercial team with real room to grow into specialization or team leadership as we scale.
