WHOLESALE MANAGER – HOTEL EXPERIENCELocation: Medellín, ColombiaBase Salary: USD 1250 + CommissionIndustry: Hospitality / HotelsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Wholesale Manager to drive hotel sales through wholesale partners, travel agencies, tour operators, and B2B distribution channels. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality sales experience and an established understanding of the hotel and travel market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with wholesale partners, travel agencies, and tour operators.Drive room sales and revenue through B2B and wholesale channels.Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel’s distribution network.Negotiate contracts, rates, promotions, and commercial agreements.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.RequirementsPrevious hospitality/hotel sales experience is required.Experience in wholesale, B2B, travel trade, or hotel commercial sales.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Good understanding of the Colombian hospitality and travel market.Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills.English proficiency is an advantage.What We OfferUSD 1250 Base Salary + Commission
