Work Camper

Sweet Escape RV Resort in Austin, Arkansas is seeking a friendly, dependable work camper, preferably a couple, to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

THE TRADE-OFF:
Approximately 15 hours per week in exchange for your site.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- General cleaning and upkeep of the bathhouse, lodge, game room, and other common areas.
- Basic groundskeeping: mowing, watering, weeding, trash pickup, and keeping the resort clean and inviting
- Light maintenance and being available for occasional on-call maintenance needs
- Guest services: greeting guests, site checks, sorting mail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting with resort operations: running guest events, checking inventory, reading electrical meters, and using our reservation software (ResNexus experience preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous work camping experience and references required.
- Familiarity with ResNexus reservation software (preferred).
- Must possess general hard skills for various tasks.
- Maintenance and trash and light upkeep.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be positive, dependable, and enjoy working with people.
- Couples strongly encouraged to apply.
