Workday - Experienced Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking an Experienced Associate to support and deliver Workday security, compliance, governance, and learning initiatives for global clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to large-scale implementations and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday security, compliance, governance, and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance standards within the Workday environment.
• Participate in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday solutions.
• Support data integrity, data migration, and system governance activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on process improvements and system enhancements.
• Contribute to global Workday project delivery, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in defining best practices, standards, and controls for Workday operations and security.
• Support business development and the growth of Workday-related service offerings when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project-based environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on quality and compliance.
• Preferred: experience with Workday security, functional modules, and integrations.
