Job Title: Experienced Associate - Workday Security, Compliance & GovernanceLocation: Mexico City (Hybrid position)
Job Summary
As an Experienced Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering Workday security, compliance, governance, and learning initiatives for global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to large-scale Workday implementations and transformation projects. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise in Workday security, compliance, governance, and process optimization.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance standards within the Workday environment.Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions.Support data integrity, data migration, and system governance activities.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.Contribute to the successful delivery of global Workday projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Assist in defining best practices, standards, and controls for Workday operations and security.Support business development activities and the growth of Workday-related service offerings when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.0 - 2 years of experience.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in project-based environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday security, functional modules, and integrations.Proven success supporting or delivering Workday implementation projects.Knowledge of Workday system architecture, data migration, and data integrity best practices.Experience with compliance, governance, risk management, audit, or internal controls.Experience contributing to Workday practice growth, business development initiatives, or organizational transformation programs.Relevant Workday certifications are a plus.
Additional Considerations
Candidates with strong experience in compliance, governance, risk management, audit, or internal controls may be considered for this position even if they do not have direct Workday experience, provided they demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in complex enterprise environments.
