Workday Financial Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Workday Financial Systems Analyst with at least 6+ years of IT experience. This resource needs strong recent Workday Financials experience (not HCM).

Top Desired Skills:
1. Must have hands-on experience supporting Workday Financial Management, specifically in a post-go-live environment. They will serve as the primary internal resource for Financials, Procurement, and Inventory Management, providing essential business process support and resolving user issues.
2. Must be proficient in Workday configuration, reporting, and security administration. They will be responsible for independently managing business process (BP) changes, fulfilling reporting requests, handling security and access adjustments, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to implement enhancements.
3. Requires strong integration monitoring and troubleshooting skills. While not a developer position, the candidate must be comfortable monitoring integrations, troubleshooting errors, reviewing EIBs, investigating CSV files, and coordinating with Mercer for technical development needs.
