Workers' Compensation - Billing Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Worker's Compensation Billing Specialist to support one of our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Monitor outstanding balances and follow-up to ensure accounts are paid for in full and on time.Track accounts receivable, including managing numerous client accounts simultaneously.Process and reconcile partial payments; issue updated balance-due invoices as needed.Review account statuses, identify inconsistencies, and proactively resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Communicate and collaborate with the outsourced team using RingCentral and SharePoint.Answer and initiate phone calls as needed (training will be provided).Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.Perform other duties assigned by management.
QualificationsExcellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.1+ years of Worker's Compensation, billing OR accounts receivable experience.Strong understanding of invoicing, payment processing, and collection follow-up.Proficient computer skills, including Excel and general office software.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Professional, reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.Positive attitude, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
