About the role
Cona Consultores SRL is looking for Cloud Customer Service Engineers to join the team of a leading multinational telecommunications company. The role involves handling public and hybrid cloud tickets and standard operational requests.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and handle public and hybrid cloud tickets in accordance with SLA response and resolution targets.
- Collect and analyze logs to identify issue roots, and escalate issues.
- Handle standard operational requests.
Requirements
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Availability to work rotating shifts is mandatory.
- Recent graduate with a degree related to Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience related to Cloud technologies is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a multicultural environment.
