Youth Minister

About the role

Church of Christ at Economia is seeking a Youth Minister to lead youth activities and support church programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee youth activities, devotions, and Bible classes.
• Conduct regular visitations to care for active, inactive, and prospective youth members.
• Deliver messages and conduct Bible studies for the whole congregation as assigned by church leadership.
• Plan, organize, and execute youth events, retreats, camps, and fellowship activities while supporting overall church programs.

Requirements

• Be male and an active member of the Church of Christ.
• Have a clear and firm understanding of Bible doctrine.
• Hold a degree, preferably a four-year program in Theology, from a Church of Christ-affiliated seminary or institution such as MBS or ICCM.
• Have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in youth ministry leadership.
• Be skilled in biblical preaching, teaching, and personal evangelism to nurture youth spiritual growth.
• Demonstrate leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with church leadership on youth programs.
