Key Responsibilities Interpret and accurately digitize customer correspondence exclusively via chat, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers, maintaining high satisfaction rates and meeting performance targets. Manage chat interactions during assigned shifts, including morning (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) or afternoon (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) schedules, with rotating Saturdays every 15 days. Achieve and exceed monthly commission goals by delivering outstanding service and upselling when appropriate. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve chat processes and customer experience. Maintain excellent spelling and grammar in all communications to uphold company standards. Adapt quickly to new training and operational updates to stay current with company policies and tools. Document chat interactions and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Age between 18 and 35 years old, with immediate availability to start. Strong typing skills with excellent spelling and grammar. Positive attitude and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. Ability to work flexible shifts including rotating Saturdays. Basic computer literacy and comfort using chat platforms.
