Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment requests with shipping lines to guarantee timely shipments without additional costs.
• Resolve transit document issues promptly to ensure compliance and avoid delays.
• Complete accurate entry of contacts and consignee information into company systems.
• Notify clients and internal teams of shipment status via email and WhatsApp to maintain clear communication.
• Prepare and print essential shipping documents such as BLH, endorsement letters, and manifests.
• Review master documents and weight details to reconcile bills of lading accurately.
• Manage the submission and tracking of customs documents to facilitate smooth clearance processes.
• Maintain up-to-date status logs and deliver completed documentation to accounting or ATC departments.
