Key Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed business development goals. Identify and engage potential clients through comprehensive market research and networking. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities with CRM tools. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that enhance sales performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities. Prepare detailed sales reports to monitor performance against targets and inform strategy adjustments. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the broadcast or media sector. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred: Experience working in international markets or with remote teams. Familiarity with digital marketing and media technologies. Additional language skills are a plus.
