Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts, trucks, and other material handling equipment, focusing on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools, accurately identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs to reduce equipment downtime.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
- Replace worn or damaged parts promptly, ensuring all equipment meets operational and safety standards before returning to service.
- Maintain detailed maintenance schedules and repair logs, supporting transparency and efficient tracking of equipment history.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a forklift mechanic or in a similar maintenance role involving hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of forklift operation, safety procedures, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
