Key Responsibilities

Monitor assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities, ensuring safety for all occupants.
Conduct regular patrols during overnight shifts (10:30pm to 6:30am) to maintain a secure environment.
Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, or emergencies following company protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports to support security operations and client requirements.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to enhance site security.
Enforce company policies and local regulations, including access control and visitor management.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and directions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with security best practices and certifications.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Valid Colorado guard card and current Basic Lifesaving Skills (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 1 year experience in security or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during overnight shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse populations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to and from downtown Denver work sites.
