Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice across various areas of law to clients. Represent clients in hearings and trials, advocating for their best interests. Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts and lawsuits. Research and analyze current legislation and jurisprudence to deliver effective legal solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through ethical and clear communication. Participate in ongoing legal training and updates to stay informed on regulatory changes. Collaborate with fellow legal professionals to optimize case outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Professional law degree with valid authorization to practice law in Ecuador. Strong ethics, effective communication skills, and client commitment. Familiarity with legal management tools and document software. Minimum of 2 years of legal practice experience preferred.
