Join our team full-time and contribute to efficient billing and financial management. Key Responsibilities Manage billing processes for accounts ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation. Reconcile billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and clients. Maintain detailed billing records and documentation compliant with company policies. Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with the accounting department to support seamless financial operations and reporting. Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Participate in projects to enhance billing processes and implement best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficient in billing and accounting principles with strong attention to detail. Experience with accounting software and billing systems preferred. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 2 years experience in billing or accounting roles preferred. This role reports directly to the Billing Manager and offers a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. The monthly salary is ₹12,000. This position is not remote and requires presence in Satna.
