Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with tax legislation and timely tax filings. Conduct audits to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to regulations. Provide financial advice and insights to management to improve profitability. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing practices, and financial reporting standards. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience. Professional certifications like CA or CMA preferred but not mandatory. The Accountant will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
