Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing practices, and financial reporting standards. 2-3 years of accounting or relevant experience. Professional certifications like CA or CMA preferred but not mandatory. The Accountant will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
