Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Conduct tax preparation and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations to minimize liabilities. Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies through thorough audits and reconciliations. Assist in the budgeting process by preparing detailed budget reports and forecasts for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data, improving reporting accuracy and efficiency. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and timely responses to inquiries. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting techniques, and tax regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Preferred: Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant). Experience with audit support and financial reporting in a mid-sized company setting. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
